Warranty and Returns

All orders are shipped FAST from our Illinois office via UPS.

Orders can be cancelled BEFORE they ship but no orders can be cancelled after shipping.

Refund Policy

At TEN-4, we strive to provide high-quality radio equipment and accessories to meet your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Below are the details of our refund and return policy:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may be eligible for a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals, within 30 days from shipment receipt.
  • Refunds are available for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery for assistance.
  • If your order was delivered incorrectly (wrong product, wrong quantity, etc.), please reach out within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Some items are non-refundable, including:
    • Damaged radios that are returned within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
    • No refunds for over 30 days from shipment receipt

Return Process

To return an item, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at returns@ten4radios.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Return Authorization: You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Return the item in its original packaging to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
  4. Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Refund Processing

  • After approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or our error.

Damaged or Defective Products/Repairs

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us immediately upon receipt of your order.
  2. Provide pictures or video evidence of the damage or defect to expedite processing.
  3. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement based on your preference.
  4. All devices are warrantied for one year (not including battery, charger, and other accessories) from manufacturer defect.
  5. If repair is needed on a device please contact us at returns@ten4radios.com for an RMA and next steps.

Restocking Fee Policy

At TEN-4, we stand behind the quality of our products and strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it 30 days from shipment receipt for a refund or exchange.

Please note the following regarding restocking fees:

  1. Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 30% will apply to all returned items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned products.
  2. Conditions for Return:
    1. The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
    2. Items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of use beyond normal handling will not be eligible for a refund.
  3. Exclusions:
    1. The restocking fee does not apply to products that are defective or damaged during shipping, or if the wrong product was received.
    2. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return under the satisfaction guarantee.
  4. Refund Process:
    1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, minus the applicable restocking fee.
    2. The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.
  5. Timeframe: All returns must be received by TEN-4 30 days from shipment receipt to qualify for the satisfaction guarantee and refund.
